昔試したのをちょっと
まず、野良猫を見つけ自分の存在を認識させます
1．目標の猫と目が合ったらササッと物陰に隠れる
2．次はゆっくりと物陰から顔を出しチラッと猫を見ます
この1と2を交互に繰返していると猫のほうから・・・
あとは餌をあげるなどをして親交を深めればすぐ仲良し

因みに私はこの方法で交番に連れていかれました
周りの状況をよく確認してから実行しましょう
